Eran Basis

Eran Basis has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Eran began their career as an R&D Engineer at Pain Suppression Labs, where they were involved in circuitry design and firmware development for pain management products. After that, they founded Solutioneering, an engineering consulting firm specializing in medical and lab instrumentation design. During their time there, they provided R&D services and grew the company to 13 employees with $10M in annual revenues.

In 2002, Eran joined Mer Co. LTD as the President of their US subsidiary. Eran established the first US R&D and production subsidiary for the company, which focused on designing and producing communication equipment for cellular service providers and defense government contracts. From 2009 to 2015, Eran served as the VP of Operations at Safeguards Technology LLC, where they managed a multi-tier organization of over 200 employees. Eran collaborated with stakeholders to develop R&D projects, technical specifications, and Gantt charts to meet timelines and drive resource planning. ECI Technology had 250 employees and achieved $80M in annual revenues during Eran's tenure.
