Robert Williams has a strong background in product management, starting in 1997 as the Director of Product Management at New York Community Bancorp, Inc. Robert later moved on to Union Home Mortgage Corp. in 2017, where they served as a Product Management Leader. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Management at ECI Software Solutions since 2022. Their roles have involved leading product development teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering innovative projects in the financial and mortgage industries.

Robert Williams obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from The University of Akron.
