Darla Black has extensive experience in customer support and software engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Experience Specialists at ECI Software Solutions since January 2018. In this role, Darla manages a large team responsible for providing first contact support to customers in the Americas and cross-over support to the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to ECI, Darla held various advisory engineering positions at IBM from 2002 to 2017, where responsibilities included supporting IBM Sametime and Domino servers, resolving critical system issues, and providing technical support across multiple platforms. Darla's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Analysis from Texas A&M University.
