Kecia C. Rossby possesses extensive experience in property management, mental health services, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Authorization Specialist at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since November 2021, Kecia also operates Sweet Potato and Honey, a business founded in July 2020.
