Kecia C. Rossby possesses extensive experience in property management, mental health services, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Authorization Specialist at Jacksonville Orthopaedic Institute since November 2021, Kecia also operates Sweet Potato and Honey, a business founded in July 2020. Additionally, Kecia has held various roles including Property Manager and Assistant Community Manager at Heritage Properties, Inc. since November 2016, and as an Assistant Community Manager at ECI Groups since December 2015. Previous experience includes serving as a Service Coordinator at Life-Tech/West AL Mental Health from 2008 to 2012, where Kecia provided case management and life skills training, and as a Juvenile Case Manager at Counseling Clinic from 2004 to 2006, focusing on supervising juvenile offenders. Kecia earned a B.A. in Psychology with a concentration in Social Psychology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
