Jonathan Kim-Hull has over 17 years of work experience in the engineering field. Jonathan began their career in 2002 as an Automated Test Equipment Engineer at Hamilton Sundstrand and a Computer Systems Engineer (Electrical & Software) at Evans & Sutherland. In 2003, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Staff Hardware Architect and Lead Embedded Systems Engineer. In 2010, they founded Ephesus Lighting, Inc. and served as the CTO. Jonathan also worked as an Embedded Systems Engineering Services at J.R. Hull & Associates, INC. from 2010 to 2016. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Hardware Functional Manager, Senior Program Manager, and Avionics Architect at Spaceflight Industries. In 2016, they worked as a Staff Senior Avionics Systems Engineer at Esterline. Jonathan is currently a Senior Manager Radar Systems Engineering & Validation at Echodyne Corp since 2017. Jonathan has transitioned an Antenna research group to an industry leading Radar Systems company supplying product to the Automotive, Aerospace, Security, and Defense / Military industries domestically and internationally. Jonathan has also built an FPGA team from scratch, developed / deployed continuous integration process, and defined tools / best practices. Additionally, they have built a System Engineering and Test Engineering team from scratch, developed / deployed requirements, risk, and verification integrated management toolset (JAMA).
Jonathan Kim-Hull completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University between 1997 and 2002. Jonathan then went on to earn a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University between 2003 and 2006.
