Victoria Ann Stattel has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Operating Officer of Echo Five Group, where they are a key business development leader, leads the largest program, and has over 30 direct reports. Victoria worked at Deloitte as a Manager where they delivered strategy solutions, and at the United States Institute of Peace as a Program Manager. Victoria also worked at NATO Training Mission-Afghanistan as the Institutional Training Development Lead, Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic, Site Norfolk (US Navy) as the Aviation Maintenance Officer - Deputy Commander, and Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Six as the Pilot/Aviation Maintenance Officer. Victoria started their career as the Program Manager/Speech Writer for the Navy Irregular Warfare Office at the Pentagon.
Victoria Ann Stattel received a specialization in Design Thinking from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2020. Victoria obtained a Master of Arts degree in Liberal Arts - Great Works Program from St. John's College from 2010 to 2012. Victoria earned a Bachelor of Science degree in English from the United States Naval Academy in 2000. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn.
