John Kinsler, MBA, PMP

John Kinsler, MBA, PMP has over 20 years of experience in program management, portfolio management and consulting. John is the founder and CEO of Echo Five Group, a consulting firm providing support for strategic initiatives. Prior to that, they worked with LMI as the Program Management Office Lead overseeing the corporate business transformation portfolio and creating new portfolio management standards. During their time at LMI, they also managed multiple client engagements and led a PMO office for the Army Civilian Workforce Transformation initiative which received the President's Project of the Year Award. John Kinsler's experience also includes working with Vanguard as a Project Leader and Business Analyst and with Analog Devices as a Technical Analyst and Senior Engineering Technician. Before entering the private sector, they spent over 5 years as a Senior Project Manager and Operations Chief with the United States Marine Corps.

John Kinsler has a diverse educational background. In 2004, they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Campbell University. Two years later, they graduated from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Project Management. In 2009, they obtained their MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

In 2017, John received a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Psychology with a field of study in Change Leadership from Columbia University. In addition to their degrees, they also hold several certifications. In 2013, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2019, they earned their Hogan Personality Assessment certification from Hogan Assessment Systems. John also holds a Six Sigma certification from Villanova University, although the details of this certification are unknown.
