Erica N. is an experienced communications professional with a robust background in corporate communications and content marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Communications and Content Marketing at Echelon Insurance since 2022, Erica previously held the position of Manager of Communications and Content at Insurance Insight Inc. from 2020 to 2022. Prior roles include Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Living Arts Centre Mississauga (2019-2020), Manager of Content Marketing at Northbridge Financial Corporation (2016-2019), and Editorial Manager at Preferred Publishing (2014-2016). Erica holds a Post Graduate Diploma in New Media and Communications from Sheridan College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, education includes completing the Ontario Secondary School Diploma at The Woodlands School.
