Valkyrie Armstrong's work experience begins in 2021 with internships at the Charles Koch Institute and Libertas Institute. In 2021, they also worked as a Foreign Service Institute Intern at the U.S. Department of State. In 2023, they joined Echelon Insights as a Research Analyst and also worked as an intern.

Valkyrie Armstrong attended Patrick Henry College from 2019 to 2023, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Policy.
