Tara Bandor has a diverse background in wildfire management and logistical support, currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Echelon Front since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the Oregon Department of Forestry as a Wildfire Planner and Wildland Fire Supervisor for Dispatch & Detection, where Tara coordinated wildfire dispatch programs. Previously, Tara worked as a Logistics Dispatcher for the U.S. Forest Service, providing support for hazard incidents, and as a Forestry Technician - Wildland Firefighter, gaining progressively responsible experience in firefighting roles. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree from Oregon State University, completed in June 2013.
