Kurt Waldowski has extensive experience in software development and consulting, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Echelon Consulting, L.L.C. since June 2017, after progressing through roles as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Prior to this, Kurt founded Lab Rat Games, focusing on mobile game development for Android and iOS platforms from May 2014 to June 2017. Initial professional exposure included a brief stint as a Recruiter/Intern at MyBuys and an Instructional Aid for Engineering 101 at the University of Michigan, where assistance was provided in teaching C++ programming. Kurt's early career also featured roles as a Web Development Intern at Entrega Systems Group, Inc. and a Technical Trainer at Lipari Foods, where training and content creation were key responsibilities. The professional journey began with customer service experience at Little Caesars, emphasizing valuable skills in teamwork and training.
