Ebere Olivia Ibe is a monitoring and evaluation expert with four years of progressive experience in public health programs, specifically in Reproductive Health, Family Planning, and HIV/AIDS services. Currently serving as a Technical Assistant for Monitoring and Evaluation at ECEWS since August 2022, Ebere has previously held the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist at FHI 360 from January 2020 to August 2022, demonstrating heightened competence in data analysis, interpretation, and program audits. Prior roles include Facility Support staff at Pathfinder International and an Office Volunteer at the Center for Healthworks, Development and Research Initiative (CHEDRES).
