Jennifer Carabeo-Salcedo's work experience includes serving as the Director of Philippine Operations at ECE Consulting Group since May 2007. Prior to that, they worked at Advanced Contact Solutions, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Officer from May 2006 to May 2007 and as a Customer Service Agent from April 2004 to May 2006.

Jennifer Carabeo-Salcedo earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communication from the University of the Philippines, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
