Wenfay Tay currently serves as an Information Officer at Ecctis Ltd since August 2023. Previously, Wenfay worked as a Public Relations Account Executive at Montpellier Creative from September to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing social media PR activities for various brands and utilizing Roxhill software to enhance media coverage. From November 2017 to August 2020, Wenfay gained experience in customer service at KIBOUSUSHI LTD, focusing on order management and customer engagement. Wenfay holds a Master’s degree in Marketing from the University of East Anglia and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from the University of Gloucestershire, along with a Higher National Diploma in Arts, Design, and Media from the same institution.
