Rebeca Cruz currently serves as the K-12 Education and Development Manager at Ecctis Ltd, overseeing a portfolio of education and international development projects. Previous roles include Interim Head of Consultancy Projects and Project Manager in the Department of International Research, where Rebeca designed and managed bespoke international education research projects. Additional experience encompasses positions at UCL as a GRRIPP Monitoring and Evaluation Researcher, Middlesex University as a researcher on student experiences and the Athena Swan Charter application, and various roles at organizations such as Scriptoria Sustainable Development Solutions, BSI, UNRISD, and Law Business Research. Rebeca holds an MSc in Development Studies from The London School of Economics and Political Science and a BA (Hons) in International Politics & Law from Middlesex University.
