Militsa Dzhurkova has extensive experience in executive support and category management, currently serving as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President at ECCO Shoes since February 2018. Prior roles at ECCO Sko A/S include Category Manager and Junior Category Manager for Men's products. Militsa began their career at Alcon Laboratories, Inc. as a marketing assistant and also held a project manager position at MyCV Ltd. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Marketing and Innovation from Syddansk Universitet and dual Bachelor's degrees in International Finance & Trade from the University of Portsmouth and Management & Marketing from International University College.
