Mikael Wigh is an accomplished cybersecurity and operations leader with extensive experience in various high-responsibility roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Mikael serves as the Head of Cybersecurity and Head of Group Program at ECCO Shoes, overseeing cross-group business programs and advising boards on related matters. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Operations for Falck's COVID-19 testing operations in Zealand, managing over 1,000 employees across numerous test locations. Mikael's background also encompasses significant positions at Chr. Hansen, Forsvaret, and the Danish Ministry of Defence, where expertise in project management, data protection, and crisis response was demonstrated. Educational credentials include an MBA from Aalborg University and multiple certifications in project management and leadership.
