Mohamed Salah is an experienced Workforce Manager with a strong background in call center resource planning and scheduling. Currently serving as a Workforce Manager at Majorel since January 2019, Mohamed has also held the title of Workforce Manager at ECCO Outsourcing since May 2011, overseeing the Consumer Support organization's forecasting and scheduling processes. Previously, Mohamed worked as a Workforce Supervisor at ECCO KSA, supervising and developing a team of analysts. Beginning a career as a Workforce Analyst and Workforce Specialist at ECCO Outsourcing from December 2005 to July 2009, Mohamed has built extensive expertise in workforce management over the years.
