Russell Kunkel is an experienced Application Developer at ECCA Payroll+ since May 2018, specializing in software applications. Prior to this role, Kunkel worked at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania from May 2016 to December 2018 as a Computer Lab Monitor, Classroom Assistant, and Orientation Leader, where responsibilities included assisting incoming freshmen and addressing inquiries from families and students. Additionally, Kunkel gained customer service experience as a Cashier at Walmart from June 2017 to May 2018. Kunkel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from PennWest Edinboro, completing the program in 2018.
