Matthew Bernier serves as the Chief Operating Officer at ECBM Insurance Brokers and Consultants since January 2019, also holding the title of Vice President. Previously, Matthew Bernier worked at Marsh from August 2014 to January 2019 as an Associate Client Manager and AVP, as well as a Placement Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as an Underwriter for Executive Liability at AIG from December 2011 to August 2014, and participation as a player for the New York Lizards and the Denver Outlaws in 2012. Matthew Bernier's career began at ECBM as an intern from May 2007 to August 2009, where responsibilities involved client claims and data management. Matthew Bernier earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology with a Business Minor from Penn State University, graduating in 2011.
