Dayane Oliveira de Souza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, legal consulting, and education. Currently serving as a member of the Ethics Committee at ABESPetro and as Chief Compliance Officer and DPO at ECB - Empresa Construtora Brasil | Grupo Mota - Engil since November 2017, Dayane has been instrumental in coordinating compliance and privacy committees, developing and monitoring compliance programs aligned with global leadership strategies, and managing legal aspects of commercial contracts. Dayane has also held the role of Chief Compliance Officer at SUMA Brasil, led legal operations in previous positions, and has a strong educational background with multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration with a focus on internal auditing and compliance. Additionally, Dayane has experience as a postgraduate lecturer in negotiation and conflict management at UNIFIPMoc, enhancing skills in governance and ethics across various sectors.
