Debra Tracey currently serves as Customer Success - Americas at ECAL, a role focused on delivering personalized communications to enhance customer experiences. Prior to ECAL, Debra held the position of Client Services Lead/Account Manager at Stanza, managing over 250 direct creator clients and facilitating partnerships with major sports leagues and organizations. Debra's experience also includes a role as Director of Business Development/Sponsorships at the San Diego Exploratory Foundation, where efforts were directed towards the 2019 ANOC World Beach Games. Additionally, Debra spent 17 years at The Clorox Company, progressing from Senior Sales Analyst to Corporate Sports Marketing Manager, where strategic sports marketing initiatives were developed. Earlier career experience includes a role as Business Development Manager at General Mills. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Arizona State University.
