Caleb Letourneau has a diverse work experience in the solar energy industry. Caleb is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at ECA Solar since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at New Leaf Energy, Inc. as a Senior Development Engineer I for a brief period from July 2022 to August 2022. Before that, they had a significant tenure at Borrego Solar Systems, where they held multiple roles. From August 2020 to July 2022, Caleb served as a Senior Development Engineer I. Caleb also worked as a Development Engineer II from July 2019 to August 2020 and as a Development Engineer from June 2018 to July 2019. Caleb's career journey began at Mass Electric Construction Co. in August 2016, where they served as a Field Engineer until June 2018.

Caleb Letourneau graduated from the University of Vermont in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
