Jimmy Leong has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of education, instructional design, and learning development. Jimmy currently holds the position of Lead Cloud and Devops Instructor at Generation Singapore, where they teach in the MICROSOFT CLOUD SUPPORT & DEVOPS PRACTITIONER program. Prior to this, they worked as an Adjunct Lecturer at both Murdoch University and PSB Academy. Jimmy also served as a Certified EC-Council Instructor at EC-Council and as a Lecturer at the Management Development Institute of Singapore.

In addition to their roles in academia, Jimmy has experience as a Partner at Amphitrite Excellence, where they handled strategic thrust and implementation in hospitality and service training for Cruise Ship placements. Jimmy also worked as a Learning Designer and Instructional Designer for strategic partners NTU and NTUC LearningHub. Jimmy managed and coordinated overseas partner schools for hospitality training.

Additionally, they worked as a Training Specialist at Amazon Web Services (AWS), spearheading the development of training programs and projects, automating learner enrollment, and conducting training for network and Linux systems.
