Douglas Hiltunen began their work experience in 2011 at IBM as a Certified Tririga Application Developer. Douglas held this role from November 2011 to October 2014. In 2014, they joined eBusiness Strategies LLC as an Application Developer, where they currently work.

Douglas Hiltunen pursued their education at Saginaw Valley State University from 2005 to 2009, earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Delta College from 2003 to 2005, but did not obtain a degree.
