Maureen Oldeman currently serves as an HR adviseur and Verzuimspecialist at EBS Public Transportation BV since August 2020. Prior to this role, Maureen spent nearly 15 years at Royal FloraHolland Human Resources, providing support and advice on complex HR matters such as absenteeism, employee performance, reorganizations, and labor laws. Earlier experience includes a position as Coordinator at EDR Economic Data Research, where Maureen was responsible for developing efficient personnel policies, as well as various roles at MN, including their placement as a Herplaatsingsadviseur and Team Leader. Maureen holds a Bachelor's degree in Economisch Linguistisch from Hogeschool voor Economische Studies Rotterdam.
