Josiane Papazian has extensive experience in education and project management, serving as Responsabile Projets Personnels et Professionnels at EBS since September 1989, where responsibilities include project support, personal development, coaching, and educational guidance. Additionally, Josiane Papazian authored philosophy textbooks for Nathan from 1990 to 2013 and taught philosophy, sociology, and general culture at various higher education institutions from 1986 to 2013, including ISC from 1992 to 2001. Experience also includes working as a rapid reading trainer for educators and the public at Mairie de Paris from 1990 to 2000 and as a rewriter and proofreader for Editions Bréal from 1986 to 1988. Educational qualifications include degrees from Université Paris-Sorbonne and Université - Paris Jussieu, as well as a Bac with a focus on three living languages and Latin from Lycée Sophie Berthelot.
