Hamid Laly has extensive experience in IT support and management, currently serving at Ebru Africa TV since March 2016, where responsibilities include network configuration, hardware troubleshooting, server configuration, and software troubleshooting. Previously, Hamid worked as an IT Specialist at Ebru TV, focusing on managing IT equipment since January 2016. Prior roles include home internet sales at Safaricom PLC from January 2019 to October 2020 and IT Manager at Samsung Electronics from January 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities involved managing networks and repairing PCs. Hamid holds a DBIT degree in IT from the Institute Of Advance Technology (2016-2020) and an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from the same institution (2013-2016).
