Jérôme Antoine has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Jérôme started their career as a Software Engineer at Assystem in 2000 and worked on the implementation of integration systems and makefile generators for Aerospatiale industry. Jérôme then moved to Assystem's Thalès Lambersart division, where they specialized in network communications and worked on the maintenance and evolution of the communication system RITA.

In 2008, Jérôme joined Honeywell as a Technical Leader/Application Engineer. Jérôme was part of the service delivery team and worked on integrating software and hardware solutions for energy-related data collection and analysis.
