Josemar Bezerra Leite is an experienced professional with a background in construction, project management, and law. As the owner of EBL since October 2014, Josemar has focused on economic housing development, particularly under the "Minha Casa Minha Vida" program, overseeing projects from land acquisition to unit delivery. Additionally, Josemar has been the project manager at Bezerra Leite Empreendimentos since 2008, responsible for administrative and financial sectors while leading software management improvements.
