Anuj Goyal has a diverse work experience that spans over multiple companies and roles. Anuj started their career in 2001 at iEnergizer, where they worked in customer services, handling business functions for leading US campaigns and providing member support for Match. In 2008, they joined Aegis Limited as part of the telecom operations team, where they oversaw the customer service team for Vodafone (now Vi) in UP East and MP circles. Anuj then returned to iEnergizer in 2012 as an Assistant Manager in Customer Service, delivering support services for Samsung Electronics and resolving priority tickets and VOCs. Most recently, in 2015, Anuj joined Ebizon as a Content Manager. In this role, they were responsible for end-to-end delivery and execution of blog content, overseeing a remote team of writers and proofreaders, developing content strategy, maintaining a content calendar, and ensuring SEO best practices. Anuj was also involved in screening and hiring writers.
Anuj Goyal pursued their high school education at J D Tytler from 1984 to 1996. Here, they studied Business Studies. Following their high school education, they attended Hansraj College, Delhi University, from 1997 to 1999. At this college, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree with Honors in History.
