Clive Cooks is an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager at Ebiquity plc, where since June 2014, responsibilities have included mentoring, VIP support for senior management, and various administrative tasks across Active Directory, O365, and Exchange. Clive has also managed incident resolution and ITIL processes, supporting over 900 users and handling global support tasks. Previous experience includes a brief role as a Barman at the Marylebone Cricket Club. Clive holds educational qualifications from Barnet and Southgate College and Bryanston High School in South Africa.
