Fernando Mazzilli has extensive experience in project management and engineering, currently serving as CRM Project Manager and International Service Manager at Eberspächer Group since January 2020, focusing on digitalization projects and technical training within the Climate Control Bus & Coach division. Prior to this role, Mazzilli worked as a Product Engineer in Program Management at Ford Motor Company from 2013 to 2018, contributing to the development of new vehicles. Earlier positions included Junior and Intern Consultant at BExpert, where responsibilities included project management and IT solution development, as well as an internship at General Motors, which involved continuous improvement projects on the assembly line. Mazzilli holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, complemented by proficiency in both German and English.
