Riska Amalia Putri has extensive experience in business support and quality assurance, currently employed at PT eBdesk Teknologi since September 2015. In the role of Business Support, Riska contributes to the Quality Assurance division by assisting the Marketing division with technical explanations of products and helping identify suitable products for clients. Previously, Riska served as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the Data Validation Team, ensuring the accuracy of data used in the company's engine. Riska began the career as a Data Analyst, focusing on content analysis across various media, including text, news, and video content. Prior to these roles, Riska worked as a freelance teacher at Global Edu Training and as an Administrator at Puratos. Riska holds a Diploma Degree in English Language and Literature from Politeknik Negeri Bandung, completed in 2014.
