Sabrina Soares has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sabrina most recently served as the Director of Finance and Administration (CFO & CAO & CRHO) at EBC - Empresa Brasil de Comunicação starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Health from February 2023 to April 2023. From July 2020 to February 2023, they worked as a Special Advisor at the Secretary of State for Sports and Recreation. Sabrina also held the position of Deputy Secretary of Budget at the Secretaria De Estado De Planejamento E Orcamento Do Distrito Federal from May 2020 to July 2020. Before that, they worked as the Coordinator of Budget Programming for the Government of the Federal District from August 2017 to May 2020. In addition, they have held several other positions such as Director of Project Monitoring for PAC Infrastructure at the Casa Civil Do Distrito Federal, Planning and Monitoring Advisor at the Secretary of State for Government, Internal Control Auditor at GDF, and RF Optimization Engineer at Claro and TIM.

Sabrina Soares studied Network Engineering at Universidade de Brasília from 1997 to 2003.
