Raphael Tsow is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Since October 2003, Raphael has held various leadership roles at eBay Inc., including Director of Engineering, Software Development Manager, and Principal Software Engineer. Prior to this, Raphael worked as a Software Engineer at Avistar (2002-2004), a Software Architect at Uplister (2001-2002), and a Software Engineer at OneTouch Systems (1997-2000) and Altera (1995-1997). Academic qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from Cornell University (1993-1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from Concordia College (1989-1993).
