Geicyane Ruppel is a Software Engineering Manager at EBANX since April 2015, overseeing three product teams focused on delivering high-performance and scalable products. Previously, Geicyane served as a Software Engineering Team Leader, leading a team responsible for the global expansion of payment methods, integrating local payment options in seven countries. Geicyane's career at EBANX also includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer, Web Developer, and Software Developer Assistant, contributing to various projects including the expansion of payment methods in Latin America and financial reconciliation tools. Geicyane holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Leadership and People Management at FIA Business School.
