Fernanda Ribas Lustosa is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and contract negotiation. Currently serving as Gerente Jurídico at EBANX since September 2021, Fernanda has held various roles including Regulatory Compliance Manager and Coordinator. Prior experience includes a legal position at Peróxidos do Brasil and legal supervision at Sumitomo Rubber do Brasil, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, civil litigation, and corporate legal support. Earlier roles as a Legal Advisor at the Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná and as a lawyer at Hapner & Kroetz Advogados included civil and consumer litigation. Fernanda holds a degree in Direito from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
