Jon Ruiz has a long history of working in the technology industry. In 2013, they began their career as a Student Entrepreneurship Ambassador for UMKC. In 2014, they moved on to become a Community Connector for Think Big Partners, LLC. Finally, in 2015, Jon Ruiz co-founded and became CEO of EB Systems, an industry leader in mobile apps, Bluetooth technology, and proprietary Beacon Reader technology that help to drive the ā€œInternet of Thingsā€ (IoT) industry.

Jon Ruiz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in BLA/Entrepreneurship Scholars Program from the University of Missouri-Kansas City between 2012 and 2014. Jon also holds a certification in Entrepreneurship Scholar.
