Seyoung Pi currently serves as a People Scientist at Lemonbase, beginning in June 2021, and has a strong focus on addressing clients' people issues through HR domain knowledge. Prior to this role, Seyoung was the Professional Service Team Lead within the People Science group, emphasizing knowledge accumulation and timely knowledge service delivery for clients. Previous experience includes a position as a Culture Evangelist at Viva Republica and multiple consulting roles at Korn Ferry, where significant projects involved HR environment redesign, organizational culture diagnosis, and strategic workforce planning across various industries. Seyoung's educational background includes an MBA in Information & Media from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and a BA in Social Psychology from Sookmyung Women's University.
