Sunidh Jani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and venture investments. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Venture Investments at Eaton since May 2022, Sunidh previously held various leadership roles at 3M from August 2011 to May 2022, including Principal of 3M Ventures, where capital was deployed in sectors such as mobility and digital health. Sunidh's career also includes management positions focused on water renewal and strategic consultancy with over 45 completed projects across various industries. Previous roles at Eli Lilly involved evaluating marketing strategies, while significant tenures at Relativity Technologies and several technology firms spanned technical and managerial responsibilities. Sunidh holds an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Michigan, a Master’s in Engineering Management from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rice University.
