Omar Ferretti is an accomplished manufacturing and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing Strategy for Eaton's Power Control Systems, Omar oversees over 3,000 employees in manufacturing operations located in Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic, focusing on residential circuit breakers. Previously held positions include General Manager of Caribbean Operations at EG Industries and VP of Manufacturing at Cadence Manufacturing, where responsibility entailed full operational and financial oversight. With a strong background in process optimization and strategic planning, Omar has consistently achieved significant cost savings and managed large-scale plant operations. Education includes a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo.
