Mark Lekan has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Counsel for Ethics and Compliance in the Americas at Eaton since April 2008, where previous positions included Senior Director and Chief Counsel, and Director of Ethics and Compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at Benesch Law from September 2003 to October 2004 and as a Judicial Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court from September 2001 to August 2003. Mark Lekan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from Miami University.
