Luciano Beltrame currently serves as the Business Unit Director for Auto & Pickup at Eaton, a role held since June 2024, focusing on sales of automotive products, market intelligence, and product marketing. Additionally, Luciano was involved in global product strategy and program management for commercial vehicle transmissions, managing product roadmaps and project launches. Luciano's educational background includes an MBA in Business Management from FIA and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
