Irene Lam currently serves as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Eaton since July 2020, bringing extensive experience from prior roles as Vice President of Product Development at Johnson Controls from February 2017 to July 2020, and multiple leadership positions at Tyco International from September 2004 to July 2020, including Vice President of Engineering. Earlier in the career, Irene held a Product Manager role at CyOptics from 2000 to 2004, at Corning Lasertron from July 1999 to July 2000, and at Texas Instruments from September 1996 to July 1999. Irene Lam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in May 1996.
