Christopher Herbst

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships And Innovation at Eaton

Christopher Herbst possesses extensive experience in the technology and innovation sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Innovation at Eaton since 2003. Previous roles at Eaton include Vice President of Government Programs and Global Technology Director for both Data Science and Controls and Systems Technologies. Christopher held positions at NAVITASMAX as a member of the Technical Advisory Board and at Eco Clean Technology as Vice President of Technology. Earlier experience includes roles at Molten Metal Technology and ExxonMobil. Christopher earned a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Columbia University, a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Arizona State University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard University under Nobel laureate Dr. Dudley Herschbach. Additionally, Christopher participated in the Executive Program at MIT Sloan School of Management focused on networked markets.
