Richard Goldman, MBA, currently serves as the VP of Corporate Development at PowerBand Solutions Inc., a fintech firm revolutionizing the automotive industry, since October 2016. Additionally, Goldman is a Principal at Eaton Square, an international investment finance firm assisting mid-market companies with M&A and capital raising since September 2015. As President of Jarilee Investments Ltd., a boutique corporate finance advisory firm established in August 1988, Goldman provides strategic financial advice. Previously, Goldman was the President & CEO of Parkside Resources Corporation from February 2011 to April 2019, where Richard successfully raised capital and took the company public. Earlier roles include Manager in the Treasury Division at Citibank Canada and a Summer Intern at the Union Bank of Switzerland. Goldman holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BA from Western University.
