Mirjana Zovkic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit union operations and compliance. At Eaton Family Credit Union since June 2012, Mirjana serves as the Manager of Operations and Compliance Manager, overseeing five branches and managing BSA/CIP/OFAC compliance. Prior to this, Mirjana was the Branch Manager at Century Federal Credit Union from January 2011 to June 2012, where responsibilities included the management of two downtown branches, policy execution, compliance, and personnel development. Earlier experience includes a role as Branch Manager at U.S. Bank in 2010, focusing on overall branch management and policy adherence. Mirjana holds a B.A. in Finance and Marketing from Mount St. Joseph University.
