Nisala Sandaruwan is a culinary professional with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Brand Head Chef at eathos since January 2023. Prior roles include multiple positions as Restaurant Head Chef at Sushi Art Restaurant from 2018 to 2022, showcasing a strong leadership presence in various capacities. Nisala started as an Assistant Head Chef and progressed to Senior Sushi Roller at Sushi Art Restaurant from 2014 to 2018, demonstrating a solid foundation in sushi preparation. Earlier experience includes working as a Japanese sushi chef at Hilton Colombo from 2012 to 2014. Nisala holds a hotel school diploma from Mount Lavinia College.
