Monica Amburn, MS, RDN has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Monica began their career as an Area Manager and Clinical Dietitian at Medical Nutrition USA, Inc in 2006 before moving on to become a Nutrition Coach at Lifetime Fitness in 2007. Monica then worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Erickson Living from 2004 to 2010. In 2010, they joined BI-LO, LLC as a Consumer Wellness Communications Manager and Corporate Registered Dietitian, and continued in the same role when the company became Bi-Lo Holdings in 2012. In 2013, Monica took on the position of Senior Director of Health & Wellness at Vestcom, where they focused on national business development and the creation of wellness communication programs. Currently, Monica holds the position of Vice President at Eat Well Global, Inc since 2021.

Monica Amburn, MS, RDN has a strong educational background in nutrition and related fields. Monica obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Foods and Nutrition from Radford University from 1999 to 2003. Monica continued their education at the University of North Florida, where they earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Nutrition Sciences from 2013 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Monica Amburn has also pursued further certifications to enhance their professional skills. Monica obtained the Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in August 2004.
